Flames Start Non- Residential Training

The Flames local based players on Tuesday started non- residential training in preparation for full time camp later next month ahead of back to back 2021 AFCON Qualifying matches against Burkina Faso in March.

All the players who were called reported for training in their respective bases.

Northern Region based players reported at Mzuzu Stadium under Charles Kamanga, while Flames assistant coach Lovemore Fazili handled the Central Region group at the Civo Stadium.

Head coach Meck Mwase is working with the Southern Region players at the Kamuzu Stadium.

“I am happy all the players showed up.We will continue conditioning them for the next few days. We are concentrating much on endurance fitness since the are coming from off season,” said Mwase.
