
The ruling Mighty Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) supporters from the Southern Region are today Monday holding a peaceful march in Blantyre.
The demonstrations dubbed ‘A March for the Restoration of Democratic Justice’ started from Victoria Avenue through Masauko Chipembere Highway.

They are expected to present a petition to Blantyre City Council before welcoming their leader, President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika at Kameza Roundabout in Blantyre.

DPP leaders, including Secretary General Grezeldar Jeffrey, Spokesperson Nicholas Dausi and Regional governor Charles Mchacha are leading the march.
