Indeed, this function shouldn’t have been allowed. We stand with Malawi Government;
1. COVID cases are on the rise in RSA. Next week they are going back to Level 3 from level one. Bushiri’s main customers are in RSA and they are the majority of those who will come.
2. Bushiri is a fugitive from the law in RSA. BNS is a government stadium. Government has received an extradition request from RSA. It will be a diplomatic spit on RSA for government to let a fugitive use its facilities for such activities even when we say Bushiri is innocent in Malawi.
