Fearless Malawian social and political commentator Emily Mkamanga has died at the age of 72.
Mkamanga’s son Nathan has confirmed the development in an interview with Nation Online.
According to Nathan, commentator Emily passed on this morning at Wezi Medical Centre in Mzuzu.
“She has been in poor health for some time,” said Nathan
Commentator Emily Mkamanga was also columnist for The Nation on Sunday newspaper.
