Press Corporation (PLC) has appointed Dr. Ronald Mangani as the new Chief Executive Officer.
Company’s secretary, Maureen Mbeye has confirmed the appointed in a press statement made available to the publication.
According to the statement, Dr. Mangani’s appointment is effective 1st March, 2023.
Dr. Mangani is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Malawi (UNIMA). He graduated from the universities of Malawi, York, and Cape Town.
He has held visiting scholar positions at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Institute and the University of Oxford.
Previously, Dr. Mangani served as the Secretary to the Treasury of the Malawi Government between 2014 and 2017.
