MADE A WAY: Malawian artist Vitumbiko Munthali to drop 40–track album

One of Malawi’s gospel music artist Vitumbiko Munthali otherwise known as Vitumuzik in the music circle is set to drop his first album, MADE A WAY on August 27 this year.

In an interview with Malawi Voice on Tuesday the multi-talented artist Munthali said the 40-track album will be launched at Golden Peacock Hotel in Lilongwe.

Standards tickets for the launch are going at MK5000, VIP at MK10, 000 while VVIP at MK15, OOO only.

According to Munthali, he started recording the album way back in 2017; and the project is on its final stage; ready for the launch.

He said the album has been produced by a crop of award winning producers namely Lulu, Lloyd Phiri and Viwe.

“We are doing some final touches on some songs to make it a complete package of 40 songs,” said Munthali, adding that people should expect fireworks during the launch.

MADE A WAY album, Vitumbiko Munthali collaborated with a number of artists such gospel songbird Ruth Missi Thindwa and Kondwani Chirwa who will also spice the launch.
