Malawi President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera has pardoned former cabinet Minister Henry Mussa on medical grounds.
Minister of Homeland Security, Kenneth Zikhale Ng’oma has confirmed the development in an interview with a local media.
Mussa, a senior member of the main opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), was sentenced to 9-years imprisonment for conspiring and receiving stolen computers and generators meant for District Information Offices.
