Four political parties—People’s Party (PP), Freedom Party, People’s Development Party, and MAFUNDE—have officially entered into an electoral alliance.
According to a joint statement shared with Zodiak Online, the parties described the union as both political and electoral in nature.
PP Secretary General Ben Chakhame, speaking in a separate interview, said discussions on leadership and other key positions within the alliance will be handled by the presidents of the respective parties.
