Everyone knows that there is shortage of forex in the country and the economy is looking gloomy by the day. All these are obvious and very determinant. Is the President also shocked that he is given itineraries to travel abroad and preside over very trivial functions within Malawi, fit to be done by ministers/PSs etc and yet the government doesn’t have money to engage in development projects, let alone provision of salaries to the few work-force in the country?
