Police in Blantyre are keeping in custody Castel Malawi Limited Managing Director, Herve Milhad, for illegal cultivation of Indian hemp locally known as Chamba, Zodiak Online has reported.
Southern Region Police Deputy Spokesperson, Beatrice Mikuwa, confirmed the development in an interview with Zodiak Online. She said more details on the matter will be divulged later.
